That’s certainly fair,

it was not my intent to imply you don’t. I did understand the depth of your evaluation of Wessler and haven’t seen anything by you that would question your trust for MY and staff.

FWIW, I don’t expect Wessler to be serviceable by next year either. I agree it’s going to take some work to get him ready.
